Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g. Gumroad). Ultimate Viewpoint does not store your payment card details. All transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive access to the download
• The file you received was corrupt or unreadable and we are unable to provide a replacement
• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
